Z brush, Adobe Substance Painter, Marmoset Toolbag 4. 2025
For this piece I was presented with a single word challenge. "Ornate." For most people that translates to intricate metal working and relief carving, and while I wanted to incorporate those ideas, I wanted to create something that still evoked ornate but in a different way. I decided a water and fish motif presented a myriad of ways for me to achieve this along with intricate hand painting.
This Project was what began my love for 3d modeling. I had been practicing my skills for some time, but no matter how difficult it became I just continued to ppick up this project again and again. I learned so much from it and am excited to see where these new skills take me!
